Job Description
As an Employment Agent, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process, provide professional consultation to clients, and coordinate work permit documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations with employers to understand their hiring requirements.
Recommend suitable domestic helpers and foreign workers based on clients' needs.
Coordinate candidate interviews and placement arrangements.
Prepare and process employment documentation, including Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Liaise with overseas recruitment partners and local stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate and employer records using CRM and recruitment systems.
Follow up after placement to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with MOM regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, employment agency, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
