Full Time Documentation Staff Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in PAYLOAD KL SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Customs declarations.
• Process import, export and transhipment documentation.
• Coordinate local shipping and delivery arrangements.
• Verify HS Codes and supporting documents.
• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs, airlines, shipping lines, transporters and customers.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations.
• Coordinate documentation with warehouse and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Valid KEK Certificate issued by Royal Malaysian Customs.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customs declarations or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of K1, K2, K8 and Malaysian Customs procedures.
• Familiar with HS Codes and Customs regulations.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
