Full Time Mathematics Teacher (Sekolah Tinta) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in GAINS Education Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning

Prepare and deliver clear, engaging, and structured Mathematics lesson plans.

Ensure lessons align with KSSR (Primary Curriculum) and KSSM (Secondary Curriculum).

Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.

2. Classroom Management

Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and supported in learning.

Implement behaviour management strategies effectively.

3. Teachers’ Duties

Take part in teacher-on-duty schedules and school supervision tasks.

Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and student records.

4. Department Planning

Attend department meetings and contribute to academic planning.

Assist in curriculum updates, exam preparation, and teaching improvements.

5. School Programmes

Participate in school events, academic activities, and enrichment programmes.

Support school initiatives and strategic goals.

6. Curriculum Updates (KSSR & KSSM)

Stay updated with the latest curriculum requirements and syllabus changes.

Implement new teaching approaches aligned with MOE standards.

7. Co-Curriculum Responsibilities

Lead or assist in co-curricular activities (clubs, sports, societies).

Guide students during co-curricular sessions.

8. Communication & Reporting

Communicate effectively with the school administration.

Provide updates on student progress and classroom matters.

Communicate with parents regarding student academic performance and behaviour.

Prepare reports, assessment records, and relevant documentation.

Requirements

Minimum: Degree in Education (Mathematics) or Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah (DPLI).

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about teaching and child development.

Able to work collaboratively with the academic team.

Responsible, punctual, and committed to school duties.
