Client Consultation: Engaging with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and hair history. This includes offering professional advice on styles, colors, and treatments that best suit the client's face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
Providing Hair Services: A hair consultant performs a wide range of services, including hair washing, massaging, applying treatment products, and blow-drying. They may also be skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling hair, or they may work in a specialized role focusing solely on scalp and hair treatments.
Customer Relationship Management: They build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tracking their treatment progress and providing follow-up care. This helps to ensure client satisfaction and builds a loyal customer base.
Sales and Retail: Hair consultants are often responsible for selling hair care products and packages to clients. They act as a salesperson, using their expertise to persuade clients to purchase retail items that will support their hair health at home.
