UWCSEA East seeks qualified candidates for the position of Freelance Assistant Rugby Coach [IEC] with an immediate start date for seasonal work. Inspire the next generation of change-makers in a school driven by purpose, fostering growth, engaging students, and bringing modern, high-quality sports instruction to our vibrant K-12 community.

The Day-to-Day

• Deliver engaging, high-standard K-12 rugby programmes tailored to various age groups and ability levels.
• Plan and teach creative, age-appropriate, and innovative coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with students, teachers, and broader UWCSEA staff members.
• Maintain safety standards and manage equipment effectively across all sessions.

The Details

• Relevant rugby coaching qualification or equivalent coaching experience.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification and Child Protection/Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven track record in individual skill development, team strategy, and student engagement in a diverse school setting.
