Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations, supervise employees and support the company’s business development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s daily business and administrative operations.

• Develop and implement operational plans, work procedures and performance targets.

• Supervise, guide and evaluate employees to ensure efficient completion of work.

• Coordinate workflows between different departments and business partners.

• Monitor operating expenses, budgets and overall business performance.

• Prepare operational and management reports for the Director.

• Maintain good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers.

• Handle operational issues and customer feedback in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations and company policies.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

• Perform other management-related duties assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
