Position Overview 

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Software Developer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive the development of our web and mobile applications while ensuring reliable server and hosting operations. You will work across the full stack—building responsive web apps with React and Next.js, mobile apps with React Native, backend services with Node.js and Python, and managing Virtual Machine (VM) environments across Linux and Windows platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Full-Stack & Mobile Development: Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, as well as cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. 
• Backend & API Architecture: Design, build, and secure scalable backend services, microservices, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Python. 
• Infrastructure & Hosting Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Virtual Machines (VMs) for application hosting, deployment pipelines, and database management. 
• Performance & Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code; perform code reviews, optimize app latency, and implement standard automated unit/integration tests. 
• DevOps & System Maintenance: Handle domain setups, SSL provisioning, web server configuration (Nginx, IIS, Apache), and basic server administration tasks. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into efficient, technical deliverables. 

Required Qualifications 

Core Software Engineering 

• Frontend & Web: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js. 
• Mobile Development: Hands-on experience developing cross-platform applications with React Native (iOS and Android). 
• Backend Development: Solid experience writing production-grade backend applications using Node.js and Python. 
• Database & APIs: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing resilient API interfaces. 

Infrastructure & Hosting 

• Operating Systems: Solid command-line proficiency and administration experience in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian) and Windows Server. 
• Virtualization: Familiarity with creating, configuring, and managing Virtual Machines (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, AWS EC2, or Azure VMs). 
• Web Hosting & Deployment: Practical understanding of web server configuration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and hosting deployment workflows. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration. 
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines). 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure). 
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced Singapore-based tech environment.
