Full Time Branding Lead – Managing Editor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in Radii Global Selangor - Maukerja

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM6,500 – RM8,500/month

We are looking for a Branding Lead / Managing Editor to lead our content strategy, digital growth, and brand development across our media platforms, particularly in women, lifestyle, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead editorial direction and content strategy across web, social media, and video.
• Manage editors, writers, producers, creators, and content teams.
• Develop content plans to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
• Work with commercial teams on branded content, partnerships, and monetisation.
• Lead campaigns, interviews, events, web series, and brand collaborations.
• Monitor traffic, social performance, SEO, and audience insights.
• Identify new content formats, trends, and ideas to grow the brand.
• Manage relationships with brands, influencers, public figures, and media partners.

Skills & Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in editorial, media, advertising, publishing, or content leadership.
• Experience managing digital content and creative/content teams.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, SEO, analytics, and digital growth.
• Commercial mindset with exposure to content monetisation or branded campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Candidates from the Advertising or Media sector are preferred.

Working Requirements

• Fully onsite at Shah Alam.
• Hands-on leadership role covering strategy, content, team management, and brand growth.
• Shortlisted candidates will complete a short brand planning assignment before the interview.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
