Full Time Production - Order Fulfilment Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,600 in HARMONY FURNISHING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of Harmony’s order fulfilment process. You will take confirmed orders from production release through installation completion, keeping customers and internal teams aligned while ensuring deadlines are not missed.

Key responsibilities:

• Process salesperson-approved orders and prepare production work orders.
• Clarify incomplete information with the sales team before production starts.
• Monitor active jobs and prioritise production according to confirmed deadlines.
• Coordinate installation dates with customers and internal personnel.
• Identify potential delays and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Confirm installation and rectification status before issuing invoices.
• Record verified payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Purchase curtain fabric and monitor material availability for confirmed orders.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in production coordination, order fulfilment, sales administration or operations.
• Able to coordinate multiple jobs and deadlines independently.
• Experience preparing work orders, invoices or operational documents.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, accounting software, WhatsApp and email.
• Clear communication, careful follow-up and strong attention to detail.
