Job Description

The candidate will be part of a team providing front desk services and ensuring smooth housing operations, in line with the objectives set by Housing Services for the NUS community.

Key Responsibilities

• Enquiries and Issue Resolution: Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, guests, conference groups, and internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance Department, Facilities team, Hall Office) to ensure timely resolution of matters.
• Check-In and Check-Out Coordination: Plan and coordinate mass check-in and check-out exercises for hall students each semester.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties including compiling fault reports and feedback, categorising data, and managing inventory.
• Payment Processing: Process payments and perform financial data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service, with the ability to turn complaints into positive outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and propose improvement plans for existing workflows.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in frontline customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
