Job Responsibility

• Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts that drive impact and engagement.
• Develop influencer strategies by identifying and selecting the right TikTok influencers for each campaign.
• Collaborate closely with TikTok influencers and stay highly updated on the latest TikTok trends and content formats.
• Analyze campaign performance and insights to identify improvements for future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Must possess bachelor's degree in marketing and related fields.
• Min 1 years and above experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, or online brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of skincare industry (derma brands = major bonus ).
• Social media savvy AF — you live and breathe TikTok, IG, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication skills — you can write a killer DM and a pro-level brief.
• Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and making magic with creators.
• A team player who brings good vibes and creative energy to the table.
