Job Overview

We are looking for a WFH Career Coach to conduct 1-to-1 Zoom consultation sessions with jobseekers.

Your role is to guide customers through the job hunting process, interview preparation, and career advice to help them improve their chances of securing a job.

This role is suitable for individuals with recruitment or HR experience who enjoy guiding jobseekers, especially those looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 career consultation sessions via Zoom
• Guide customers on job hunting strategies
• Provide interview preparation guidance
• Share career advice based on hiring practices
• Assist jobseekers in understanding employer expectations
• Maintain professional and helpful consultation sessions
• Minimum 15 customer per week for consultation

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, or talent acquisition

Housewives or individuals seeking flexible weekday evening/weekend work are encouraged to apply.

• Experience advising jobseekers on career direction, job search, or interview preparation
• Comfortable conducting 15 consultation per week sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about guiding and helping jobseekers

Compensation

• RM20 per customer session
• Each consultation session: approximately 30 minutes
• Minimum 15 customers per week

Working Arrangement

• Work from home
• Sessions conducted your flexibility date and time
• No fixed working hours
• Performance measured based on number of customers attended weekly

Pay: From RM1,200.00 per month
