ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP (6 MONTHS) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in M&S FOOD AND BEVERAGE SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

We are looking for a Accounting Internship to join our Finance & Accounts team on a 6 months period. The successful candidate will assist the Accounts Executive with daily accounting operations, documentation, reconciliation, reporting, and other finance-related activities.

• Assist the Accounts Executive with daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Perform accounting data entry for AR and AP accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with the new customer onboarding process, including preparation and verification of relevant documents.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are followed up accordingly.
• Assist with month-end payment processing and related documentation.
• Assist in the trade expenditure verification process to ensure supporting documents and expenses are properly checked.
• Assist with the preparation of Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.
• Assist with the monthly stocktake together with the Warehouse PIC.
• Support the preparation and submission of monthly reports.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting and supporting documents.
• Ensure all accounting records and documents are accurate, complete, and easily traceable.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
