Skill required
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field.
- Holds appropriate risk management or Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor).

- Common computer operating systems and software platforms
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks for industrial and automation systems (Operational Technology/OT-specific experience is required or highly preferred)
Role and Responsibilities
- To lead the management, development, implementation and governance of cyber security policies, standards, guidelines and controls of IT and OT across 13 countries for the client including affiliates.
- To support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity related policies, standards, guidelines, controls, and governance.
- To coach and provide expert guidance to IT practitioners, OT Practitioners, and Cybersecurity Practitioners in understanding cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, controls, and governance.
- To drive implementation and maintenance of policies, standards, guidelines, and controls to ensure effective governance.
- To support initiatives needed to build change and awareness of cyber governance, policies, standards and controls to the client's wide including designing and preparing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- To revise, track and publish the client's policies, standards, guidelines, controls, and governance
- To strategically support and lead activities related to developing new or changed policies, standards, and guidelines in response to changes in Regulatory environment and threats.
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
