Role Purpose

In this role, you will support our team in managing creator related activities, TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and day to day operations. You will work closely with the team on creator sourcing, campaign coordination, performance tracking and content related activities

Your Growth & Exposure

• Gain hands on experience in TikTok Shop, MCN and affiliate marketing
• Learn how creators are sourced, onboarded and managed for different campaigns
• Gain practical experience in campaign coordination and creator communication
• Learn how to track basic campaign and creator performance
• Get exposure to real e-commerce, social media and digital marketing projects
• Develop communication, coordination and organizational skills through day to day project work

Job Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Assist in researching and identifying suitable TikTok creators based on brand, product and campaign requirements, and support initial creator outreach
• Creator Onboarding: Assist with creator onboarding, follow up and maintaining accurate creator information and records
• Campaign Coordination: Support the coordination of TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, including sharing campaign details, product information and requirements with creators
• Creator Follow Up: Follow up with creators on campaign participation, content submission, livestream schedules and other campaign requirements
• Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring creator and campaign performance, including basic views, engagement, orders and sales related data, and help prepare internal reports
• Product & Sample Coordination: Assist with arranging product samples, tracking sample status and coordinating related matters with creators and internal teams
• Trend & Creator Research: Stay updated on TikTok trends, creator content and affiliate activities, and share relevant findings or ideas with the team
• Administrative Support: Maintain and update creator, campaign and product databases, and assist with other TikTok Shop, MCN and digital marketing tasks when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• No prior work experience is required. Experience or exposure in social media, e-commerce, affiliate marketing or creator related activities is an added advantage

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
