Full Time TECHNICAL ASSISTANT QC Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in AIDIL COLOUR SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• To report to H.O.D and /or Technical Executive on daily quality efficiency
• Monitor all Q.I activities daily basis
• To initiate action of preventing the occurrence of any non-conformance on quality system.
• To liase and initiate meeting with other department/section on any problems effecting the smooth functioning of quality control and quality system.
• Preparation and updating of PSW/Inspection Agreement which was agreed by customer for new project.
• To ensure all procedures are followed by all departments according to the Company's Quality System requirement ISO 9001

To conduct audit as follows:a) Internal Quality Auditb) Final Product Auditc) Vendor AuditConduct and provide in-house training to subordinate. To assist Head Of Department on :a) Entertaining External Auditors (SIRIM, etc.)b) System/Procedure Documentationc) Vendor Development Processd) New Development System To directly involve in Continuous Improvement activities such as 5'S, Kaizen, Quality Campaign

• To entertain and organize customer's audit.
• To monitor closely the in-house quality matter.
• Responsible for ontime reply of corrective action request to customer.
• To lead Paint Performance Test during inprocess inspection and ensuring all test results are compliance to requirement.
• To assist Head of Department on dealing dealing with supplier and customer on quality matters during development.
• To eveluate development sample from existion or new supplier
• To attend the trial run of new development part
• To assist HOD QC in monitoring of the corrective action taken due to customer complaint during development.
• Liaise with DOE department and related government authority body for Schedule Waste produced.
• Ensure all equipment and apparatus well maintained and calibrated according to schedule.
• Responsible for manpower arrangement in department
• Responsible for communicating to employees regarding the environmental issues, safety and health, and the role of the person responsible for taking care of the interests of the environment,health and safety at the company.
• To follow daily instruction given by Management.
