Salt Talent Search is looking for a HR Operations Admin for a 12 months contract role, The Regional HR Operations Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries within the APAC region by handling high-volume, standardized HR transactions. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle administration, responding to third-party or former employee enquiries, and ensuring adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and service level standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries, ensuring timely execution in line with established service level agreement, company policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with local HR team for policy/system feedback, improvement suggestion or tier 2 support where necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes through process optimization and HR system enhancements.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency and elevating employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations;
• Basic understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices;
• Basic understanding of employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfersleaves of absence, offboarding etc);
• Demonstrate resilience in managing high volumes of employee requests within deadline, and the mentality to deliver the best employee experience;
• Meticulous in ensuring high accuracy of work ouput
• Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English.
