Full Time Assistant Trade Manager- Trade Executive - Sales Jobs, in MegaLive Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct product training for key accounts retail staffs
• To work with event team to organize campaigns, events or roadshow to build up company brand awareness at key accounts stores
• To plan and develop marketing strategies, manage and monitor designated key account sales performance
• Build and sustain a strong network base with customers to have consistent sales growth
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• To explore potential key accounts for new penetration
• Monitor customer’s target or incentive contract progress time to time
• To be responsible for all assigned key accounts performance review and improvement
• Well control of market hygiene and stock movement
• Review key accounts aging and collection status to minimize dispute and late payments
• Regularly update key account manager with market feedback and responses
• Provide quality input to marketing team and assist in formulation of strategic marketing plan and A&P support to customer
• To monitor company marketing plan implementation
• Outlet and Team Management: Coordinate product advisor placement across assigned outlets and maintain accurate work rosters.
• Oversee the merchandising team to ensure effective in-store execution and operational alignment.
• Timely submission of all required reports to Key Account Manager

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any healthcare field or equivalent.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Able to complete duties as assigned independently.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel outstation and work during weekends.
• Working experience in the related field is preferable for this position.
