Talent Acquisition Recruiter (SAP) – 6-Month Contract

About the Role

Our client, a leading multinational consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support its technology hiring initiatives. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP and Application Managed Services (AMS) hiring across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for SAP and technology-related positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP professionals across various modules.
• Coordinate interviews, offer management, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support hiring projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within an consulting or multinational environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for SAP-related positions (e.g. SAP Functional, SAP Technical, SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, etc.).
• Experience hiring for Application Managed Services (AMS) or other enterprise technology roles is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Immediate or short-notice candidates are highly preferred.
• Experience supporting consulting firms, shared services, or global organizations.
• Exposure to regional or cross-border recruitment will be an added advantage.
