Key Activities:

• Participate in a cross-functional team in order to be able to perform all the tasks required to deliver the relevant products, services, processes and systems
• Product portfolio management and control, implementation and further development of one or more products, services, processes and/or systems throughout the entire lifecycle in a team, taking into account quality standards.
• Development and implementation of digital strategies, ensuring the core infrastructure of products, services, processes and systems, consistent introduction of innovative technologies, and development and expansion of the use of digital channels
• Continuous optimization of uniform, efficient, process-organizational concepts
• Development, further development and transfer of technical and process-related as well as IT-technical knowledge on the subject under responsibility
• Application and further development of the necessary competencies for the construction of new future-oriented digital architecture
• Design and implementation of agile quality assurance and risk management
• Conduct analyzes and create concepts based on market, trend and competitive observations
• Pricing and benchmarking
• Customer and interface management, including requirements analysis, consulting and support for the central functions and clusters with regard to the topics responsible
• Ensuring internal and external requirements, in particular with regard to regulatory, reporting, compliance and audit, within the scope of the issues under responsibility and using best practices
• Operation, maintenance and maintenance of the infrastructure as well as providing powerful support for relevant systems, data maintenance, reporting and authorization management
• Adherence to security standards and ensure stable operation with respect to products, services processes and systems
• When improving products, services, processes and/or systems, IT accessibility/software ergonomics is taken into account with regard to the objectives of the Commerzbank Inclusion Action Plan

Education:

• University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in IT operations; has own responsibility for systems and/or complex processes

Skills required:

• Plan and deploy all Windows application servers in production based on the defined processes
• Active maintenance and updating of productive systems
• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support for the responsible IT systems
• Analyze and correct incidents and problems (cancelations, cross-country skiers, vulnerabilities etc.)
• Implement changes and releases in the responsible area
• Documentation of the systems used (Asset Database)
• Technical support of production operations
• Experience with Cloud (Google, Azure)
• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support for the responsible IT systems (Windows operating systems)
• Analyze and correct and document incidents and problems (cancelations, cross-country skiers, vulnerabilities, etc.)
• Handle and eliminate the deficiencies identified from the health checks performed
• Contact / support of server systems in foreign locations
• Middleware Components (SEP, Tivoli, Backup, Snare…)
• Security topics (ManageAdm / SIEM / SEP / Security Patching / PAM…)
• OS Basis Monitoring
• Scripting Technologies (MS PowerShell, Ansible, Visual Basic, Perl, and Batches)
• Experience accompanying server migration projects
