Project Admin (Procurement & Project Coordination)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, project administration, construction, renovation, or interior design is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with procurement and supplier coordination in the construction or interior fit-out industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing, material availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely supply to project sites.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, delivery orders (DO), invoices, and project documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisor with project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Track project progress and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure all procurement and project documentation is accurate and complies with company procedures.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
