Full Time CHARGEMAN A4 Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in AGROTO Perak - Maukerja

Hiring: Chargeman A4 (PJ4)

Location: Kinta Highlands, Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM5,500 – RM6,500 (Based on qualifications & experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems, including main switchboards, distribution boards, and control panels.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets, synchronizing panels, and farm electrical infrastructure.
• Inspect and maintain aerial lines and underground cables within the farm's electrical distribution network.
• Ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for greenhouse ventilation, cooling systems, fertigation pumps, lighting automation, cold storage, and reefer containers.
• Liaise with TNB and contractors regarding electrical maintenance, load demand, upgrades, outages, and inspections.
• Conduct routine electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Supervise contractors and technicians while ensuring safe work practices are followed.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and technical reports in accordance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), and TNB regulations.

Job Requirements

• Valid Chargeman A4 (PJ4) Certificate of Competency issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience handling low voltage electrical systems, generator sets with synchronizing panels, and aerial lines.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting and record keeping.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments such as farms or remote facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
