Job Description:
- Coordinate Enterprise Architecture governance forums and Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings.
- Maintain governance artefacts including decision logs, action trackers, approvals, and audit evidence.
- Manage governance requests, workflows, and SLA tracking through governance platforms.
- Maintain Application Inventory and Technology Repository, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Coordinate annual Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) reviews across business and technology domains.
- Prepare governance dashboards, leadership reports, KPI tracking, and executive presentations
- Track EA initiatives, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- 6+ years of experience in IT, Enterprise Architecture, Governance, PMO, Technology Operations, or related areas
- Experience supporting governance operations, steering committees, forums, or architecture governance activities
- Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-through capabilities
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and governance documentation
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 is an added advantage
