Full Time Advertising Strategy Algorithm Intern Jobs, in Baidu, Inc. - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design of advertising system strategies and algorithm optimization

- Support the design and implementation of advertising bidding mechanisms

- Assist in the estimation of CTR and CVR for advertising models

- Support the research of advanced technologies in the advertising system

- Explore the application of large models in the advertising system

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or above, majoring in mathematics, computer science, etc.

- Excellent programming and algorithm skills, familiar with Python programming language, familiar with Linux development environment, familiar with Spark, familiar with common data structures and programming algorithms are preferred

- Understand the theoretical basis of statistical learning and deep learning, those with relevant research achievements or published papers are preferred

- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems, possess good initiative, curiosity, and communication collaboration and stress resistance capabilities
