We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing premium Italian lighting brand based in Singapore. If you love beautiful design, thrive in a client-facing role, and are motivated by results — this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various prospecting and outreach methods
• Engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored lighting solutions
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Negotiate and close sales deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry and design trends

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in retail, interior design, or lifestyle products is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with basic data tracking
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
