Reporting to the Head, EMBA Programme Management, the incumbent will serve as the cohort coordinator for assigned NUS Executive MBA cohort(s) and/or UCLA-NUS Executive MBA cohort(s), with primary responsibility for:
1. Cohort and Participant Management – Act as the key point of contact for participants throughout their EMBA journey and supporting a high-quality, well-coordinated programme experience.
2. Segment Management – Coordinate the end-to-end planning and delivery of local and overseas programme segments, work closely with faculty, participants, internal stakeholders, external partners and service providers.
The incumbent plays an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the programme, effective participant engagement, and a consistently high standard of programme experience. He/she will be responsible for the following:
1. Cohort and Participant Management
2. Segment Management
