What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Assign online and offline leads to the relevant team members
- Manage the general email inbox and forward enquiries promptly
- Process simple customer orders
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Occasionally assist at the reception desk and welcome visitors
Who We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Organized and able to multitask
