About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Learning & Development) to support the administration and delivery of training programs, employee development initiatives, and learning events. This role is responsible for coordinating learning activities, managing training records and reporting, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees. The position also offers exposure to regional Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Training Administration & Program Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end administration and logistics for training programs, workshops, onboarding, leadership development, and learning activities.
- Manage training schedules, participant communications, registrations, attendance, evaluations, and post-program documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators, training providers, and educational institutions to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support training-related procurement, contracts, invoicing, and payment administration.
Events & Learning Initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of learning events, employee development initiatives, workshops, conferences, engagement activities, and HR projects.
- Coordinate event workplans, communications, logistics, vendors, speakers, materials, and participant support to ensure successful delivery.
- Promote participation, gather feedback, prepare post-event reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support regional HR, Talent Management, leadership development, and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Learning Systems, Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, course information, and supporting documentation.
- Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, enrolment, user support, and record maintenance.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards, participation summaries, learning analytics, and budget updates for management review.
- Ensure training data is accurate, confidential, and compliant with internal requirements.
Training Funding, Budget & Vendor Management
- Support training grants, funding applications, claims, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor training budgets, program costs, quotations, invoices, and funding utilization records.
- Coordinate with training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentation submission.
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in training needs analysis, annual learning plans, training calendars, course research, and program recommendations.
- Support learning content reviews, stakeholder engagement, and research on learning trends, providers, and digital learning solutions.
- Prepare presentations, communications, surveys, and other L&D resource
Process Improvement & Digitalization
- Support process improvements across training administration, reporting, stakeholder communications, and participant experience.
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives using HR systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and best practices to support continuous improvement of L&D operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, training administration, events, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
