Responsibilities
Job Description:
Manage the overall facilities operations, maintenance and asset performance, including preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, defect management and site inspections.
Plan and oordinate upgrading, energy efficiency, lifecycle, A&A, refurbishment and enhancement works, including assessment, planning, implementation and handover.
Manage contractors, consultants, vendors and service providers, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality.
Monitor building and M&E systems, asset condition, energy performance and lifecycle requirements, and recommend appropriate improvement or replacement works.
Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, safety standards, codes of practice and applicable contractual requirements.
Manage emergency and urgent works, support business continuity arrangements, and minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
Maintain proper asset, maintenance and project records and prepare operational, maintenance and project reports as required.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and perform other related duties or projects as required from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar facilities management position.
Relevant experience managing in facilities operations, maintenance and project works.
Strong leadership, project management, contractor management and stakeholder management skills.
