Full Time Head, Fundraising - Publicity Jobs, in Talents@Work - Maukerja

One of my client is looking for a Head, Fundraising & Publicity. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of purpose, philanthropy and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

• You will lead philanthropy and fundraising strategy, building a diversified portfolio of donors, corporates, foundations, trusts, grants and strategic partners.
• You will cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships and develop compelling propositions and campaigns that translate social impact into opportunities for others to contribute.
• You will shape and lead an integrated brand, marketing and communications agenda across social service and social enterprise arms.
• As part of the leadership team, you will also build strategic partnerships, represent the organisation with senior external stakeholders and lead a team with a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous development.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a purpose-driven, commercially-minded and influential leader who can connect people, ideas and resources to create sustainable social impact.

You should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a team leadership role.
• A strong track record in philanthropy, fundraising, brand management, integrated marketing communications and/or strategic partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, networking, influencing and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance social impact, stakeholder expectations and financial sustainability.
• Experience in the social service sector would be an advantage.
