We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitress to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, present menus, and take orders accurately while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

- Order Management: Communicate orders to kitchen staff, monitor food and drink service timing, and check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.

- Table Maintenance: Set up and clean tables, refill drinks, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

- Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments accurately, and manage tips in accordance with company policy.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, assist in training new staff, and participate in service improvement discussions.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure proper hygiene practices.

- Upselling and Promotions: Suggest additional items to enhance the dining experience and stay informed about menu changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to high standards of service.

- Attention to detail in order-taking and service quality.

- Busy restaurant environment, potentially including evening and weekend shifts.
