Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, modules, and conversion kits using 3D CAD tools, including assembly, testing, and buy-off activities.
• Execute detailed mechanical part design, tooling verification, and support product and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain complete engineering documentation such as design drawings, DCN, SOPs, manuals, and pneumatic schematics.
• Lead or support evaluation, analysis, and reporting activities, with increasing independence based on seniority.
• Translate customer requirements into design specifications; for senior roles, review designs, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical design capability, including material selection, metal/plastic fabrication, and proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of equipment design, testing integration, semiconductor processes, IR technology, or test socket/probe design is an advantage.
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills; open to learning and customer support.
