Full Time 1 Year Contract Polyclinic PSA (Customer Service) - HSN Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Bukit Merah / Marine Parade / Pasir Ris / Tampines

Salary: $2500

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days (44 hours per week)

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (8 working hours per day)

Every Saturday: 7:00am – 1:30pm (4 working hours per day)

Job responsibilities:

- Greet and register patients

- Schedule patient appointment

- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals

- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary

- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service

- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
