Position Title: Kids Club Attendant

Department: Recreation / Kids Club

Reports To: Recreation Supervisor / Recreation Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children participating in Kids Club activities while delivering excellent guest service in accordance with hotel standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Child Care

• Welcome children and parents to the Kids Club.
• Register children and verify attendance records.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and parents.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

Activities & Programs

• Organize and conduct recreational, educational, and creative activities.
• Lead games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and themed events.
• Encourage children to participate in activities and interact positively with others.
• Assist in planning seasonal and holiday programs.

Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure all Kids Club policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor children's behavior and report any incidents immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Kids Club area, toys, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and notify supervisors of any incidents.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain attendance logs and activity records.
• Ensure parents sign children in and out according to hotel procedures.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Support inventory control of Kids Club supplies and materials.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, childcare, recreation, education, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and energetic personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
