Role Description Enjoy turning creative campaigns into measurable results? Join our marketing team and lead advertising campaigns for Mahnaz Food products, e-commerce channels and restaurant businesses.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google and marketplace platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets to drive sales and customer enquiries.
• Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging advertisements.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce and restaurant teams on promotions and product launches.
• Guide the advertising team, manage deadlines and report campaign results.
• Recommend improvements to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in advertising or digital marketing, including experience coordinating a team or leading campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising on Meta, TikTok and/or Google.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret advertising data and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Strong planning, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
