Team Leader – Job Description

• Lead and supervise the team during daily operations.
• Ensure outlet operations follow SOP and company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor stock, wastage and product quality.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with cash handling and POS procedures.
• Report operational, staff and maintenance issues to the Store Manager.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
