Full Time Key Account Manager (Beauty - Personal Care) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Talentvis Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key Modern Trade accounts and achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), trading terms, and promotional strategies.
• Drive distribution, product availability, visibility, and promotion execution.
• Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and distributors.
• Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and accounts receivable (AR).
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local market requirements.

Requirements

• Strong background in Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in managing key accounts and delivering commercial results.
• Experience with beauty & personal care / FMCG brands is preferred.
• Experience working with distributors, including delivery, returns, and AR management.
• Singapore market experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
