Job Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund management clients, providing responsive and professional day-to-day client servicing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, fund managers, and key external stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Manage client requests, enquiries, and operational matters, coordinating closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the onboarding of new funds, VCCs, investors, and related entities, including coordination of KYC, due diligence, banking, and account-opening requirements.
  • Work closely with licensed fund managers and clients on investor onboarding, subscription documentation, capital calls, distributions, and other investor servicing matters.
  • Coordinate periodic NAV reporting, reconciliations, investor statements, and fund-related reporting, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate investor records and ensure client and fund documentation is properly maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support FATCA/CRS reporting and other regulatory or compliance-related requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and financial reporting with auditors, tax advisers, fund managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation of management accounts for SPVs and other related entities where required.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and proactively identify and resolve operational or client servicing issues.
  • Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and regular updates, providing clear communication on outstanding matters, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, banks, tax advisers, administrators, and other counterparties on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure all client activities are carried out in accordance with applicable financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Support client retention and relationship development by understanding clients’ evolving requirements and identifying opportunities for additional fund services.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc client projects, fund launches, restructurings, and other assignments as required.


Job Requirements


  • Min Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in fund accounting for the Private Equity Funds/Hedge Funds/Real Estate Funds/Digital Assets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and a team player
