Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market growth.

• Identify new business opportunities across ports, terminals, shipping lines, crane manufacturers, logistics, and industrial customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.

• Manage key accounts and oversee projects from enquiry and quotation through delivery and commissioning.

• Lead major contract negotiations, tenders, pricing, and commercial agreements while protecting margins.

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Service, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead and support regional sales teams, Country Managers, distributors, and agents to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, Maritime, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

• 10-15 years of sales, business development, or key account management experience in telescopic spreaders, container handling, port equipment, cranes,lifting equipment, heavy industrial equipment, or maritime-related sectors.

• Strong regional experience managing distributors, agents, OEM contact, country sales teams, and cross-border business opportunities.

• Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, major projects, tenders, and strategic contracts.

• Willing to travel frequently across regional markets for customer meetings, partner development, and project activities.

• Must have an established professional network and strong workingrelationships with at least one crane OEM and at least one terminal operator.
