Overview:

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and recruitment process for designated Business Units. Working closely with line managers, you will provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development while ensuring operational efficiency, statutory compliance, and a positive workplace culture.


Job Description:

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for assigned Business Units (BUs), including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, benefits administration, time management attendance, and payroll inputs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and guiding hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Business Partnership & Advisory: Partner with line managers to understand business needs, support workforce planning, interpret policies, and offer practical HR solutions.
  • Employee Relations & Coaching: Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations in a fair and confidential manner while coaching managers on best practices and compliance.
  • Corporate HR Programs: Support and executive annual HR cycles, including performance appraisals / calibration, talent management & learning, engagement initiatives (social / CSR activities), and compensation reviews.
  • Process Improvement & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, training, attendance, and other HR metrics. Make recommendations to enhance HR programs and processes.


Other responsibilities:

  • Any other reasonable request/assignment by Management.
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum a 3-5 years experience in HR field
  • Interest in the area of Talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proven capability in leading the recruitment function in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (eg. LinkedIN, JobsBank)
  • Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
  • Experience in partnering with the business to understand and complete recruitment needs


Notes:

  • Incumbents must be willing to work in Tuas South vicinity.
  • Company transport is provided at Boon Lay MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT.
