Full Time Architecture Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Ifimajaya Kedah - Maukerja

• Coordinate architectural works between the Project Team, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and technical documents before submission to the Consultant/Client.
• Monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on RFI, technical queries, drawing revisions, and consultant comments to ensure timely resolution of architectural issues.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections with the Architect, Consultants, Client, and relevant project parties.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure architectural works are properly planned, sequenced, and executed according to the project programme.
• Identify and resolve site architectural issues, discrepancies, and clashes in coordination with the relevant engineers, consultants, and site team.
• Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works, including finishes, doors, windows, ceilings, walls, waterproofing, flooring, and other architectural elements.
• Maintain proper records of architectural documents, submissions, approvals, inspections, site instructions, and drawing revisions.
• Assist the Project Manager in project handover, defect rectification, as-built documentation, and ensuring completion of outstanding architectural works.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
