Job Summary

You will assist customers with food and catering orders, prepare sales documents, coordinate with kitchen and operations teams, and support daily restaurant and catering activities to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by accurately taking food and catering orders and addressing menu selections and special requests
• Promote restaurant products, catering packages, food menus, and current promotional offers to customers
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
• Prepare clear and accurate quotations, order details, invoices, and other sales-related documents
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely and correct order preparation
• Follow up with customers on catering orders, event details, delivery schedules, and special requirements
• Assist with booking catering services for corporate events, parties, and other functions
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service throughout the ordering and payment process
• Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints or special requests to management when necessary
• Upsell additional dishes, beverages, catering packages, and other products to increase sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, enquiries, and sales transactions for reporting and tracking
• Assist with payment collection and perform basic cash handling as required
• Support daily restaurant and catering operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with promotional activities and sales initiatives to boost customer engagement
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management
