About the Wealth Management Institute (WMI):

Established in 2003, the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) is committed to building capabilities for investing in a better tomorrow. Founded by GIC and Temasek, our vision is to be Asia’s Centre of Excellence for wealth and asset management education and research.


WMI provides a comprehensive suite of practice-based certification and diploma programmes and collaborates with leading universities for master’s degrees. With over 20,000 annual enrolments, WMI serves a diverse community of professionals across Asia—including wealth and asset managers, family offices, and professionals in tax, legal, compliance, and financial regulation across more than 160 programmes. WMI is recognised as Singapore’s lead training provider for private banking and wealth management.


WMI helms the Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, a trusted network platform that builds capabilities and fosters community within the family office sector. The GFO Circle is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). WMI also leads the Asia Centre for Changemakers (ACC), supported by Temasek Trust and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA). The ACC aims to build capacity and nurture a strong pipeline of active and informed changemakers with a focus on Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will play a critical role in strengthening how WMI presents itself across its brand and owned digital channels. The role will support the activation and stewardship of WMI’s brand, lead social media and content management, and ensure a strong and consistent digital brand experience across the website and other key touchpoints. The incumbent will work as a close partner for selected programme portfolios, working closely with programme teams to translate business priorities into effective marketing, content and demand-generation activities.


1) Branding

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and visual assets of WMI and its subbrands
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure consistency in brand visuals.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing activation of WMI’s brand, ensuring consistent application across key touchpoints


2) Design and Multimedia Production

  • Design of brand and marketing collateral including event key visuals, fact sheet/ brochures, banners, etc, using Canva and/ or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Ability to work hands-on for important and urgent requests, while delegating less urgent work to vendor. Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and meet quality standards upon first submission.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process of corporate and promotional videos, which includes storyboarding, filming, and management of post-production vendor. Must be comfortable with handling basic filming equipment


3) Social Media and Content

  • Own WMI’s social media channels and content calendar, developing engaging, on-brand content across formats and managing publishing and community engagement
  • Develop and adapt content across WMI’s digital channels, proactively sourcing stories and content opportunities from programmes, faculty, learners, alumni and institutional initiatives, and aligning content with programme priorities and audience needs.


4) Project Management

  • Manage campaigns and/ or special projects assigned on ad-hoc basis, including website content and digital brand experience, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for selected programme portfolios, working with programme teams to understand priorities, develop marketing plans and content, and support lead generation and enrolment objectives.
  • Be a skilled and meticulous multi-tasker and capable of working under pressure in meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work. Proactively identify risks and flag issues early with proposed solutions.
  • Maintain prompt communication with stakeholders, including timely acknowledgement of requests and adherence to agreed service-level timelines (typically 3-5 working days).


Requirements:

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field,

Experience: Candidates with preferably at least 3 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong writing and design skills. High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Proficient in content creation and tools, including but not limited to Canva, Hubspot Marketing Hub, and/or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and social media platforms.
  • Familiar with social media management, content performance and website content management, including platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, social media and digital content best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive collaborative relationships across teams
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
