Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store &Logistics Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, arranging product packing, and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods to customers. The role also involves supporting store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Schedule & Packing Coordination (Primary Responsibility)

  • Review daily production schedules and coordinate with the Production Department to identify completed products ready for packing and shipment.
  • Plan and arrange daily packing activities based on production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
  • Ensure finished products are properly packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Monitor packing progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Verify product quantities and packing details against delivery orders and shipping documents.
  • Highlight any production delays, packing issues, or potential shipment delays to the relevant departments.

2. Logistics & Shipping Coordination

  • Coordinate daily outgoing shipments, including local and overseas deliveries.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
  • Liaise with courier companies, freight forwarders, and transport providers to arrange shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules and customs clearance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer orders are shipped according to the required delivery dates.

3. Store & Inventory Support

  • Assist with receiving, checking, and issuing materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the ERP system.
  • Support periodic stock-taking and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate packing, shipping, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance departments on delivery requirements.
  • Assist in resolving packing, inventory, and shipment-related discrepancies.
  • Perform other store and logistics duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, packing coordination, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures is preferred.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks according to production and delivery schedules.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Willing to perform hands-on packing, store, and logistics duties when required.
