Job Descriptions

• Support daily operations and improvement projects in Production

• Gain familiarity with plastic manufacturing to ensure that engineering practices translate effectively to ease of assembly

• Learn about schedule management, reporting, and documentation standards

• Use appropriate methods, tools, and industry best practices to perform engineering tasks under the supervision of senior staff

·        Help prepare technical reports, SOPs, and other documentation for improvement activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or higher management from time to time

·        Support continuous improvement, 5S, and safety culture initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in engineering field, preferably related to Polymer, Chemical Engineering or Product Manufacturing, such as Injection Molding, and Extrusion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Enthusiastic about learning and proactive in tackling new challenge

• Only candidates who are available for a minimum 6-month internship will be considered.
