Job Scope:

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and emails.
• Provide effective solutions for customer issues.
• Follow up and respond back to users on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must Minimum Diploma & above.
• Fluency in English
• Preferable Call Center/BPO working experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
