About theRole
We're looking for an IoT Consultant to design, deploy, and supportconnected-asset and industrial automation solutions for our clients — spanningRFID, RTLS, Vision AI, and sensor-based tracking systems. You'll work closelywith clients to understand operational pain points, translate them intotechnical solutions, and guide implementation from proof-of-concept throughfull rollout.
KeyResponsibilities
Conduct client discovery sessions and as-is process walkthroughs to identify automation opportunities
Design IoT solution architectures (RFID, RTLS, BLE, vision-based sensing, edge devices) tailored to client use cases
Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and workshop decks for client presentations
Lead or support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and evaluate results against success criteria
Collaborate with hardware vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to scope and deliver projects
Define data flows between edge devices, gateways, and platform/dashboard layers
Support pilot-to-full-rollout transition planning, including cost modeling and phased implementation roadmaps
Provide technical guidance during client workshops and stakeholder reviews
Stay current with IoT hardware, connectivity standards (RFID/UHF, BLE, LPWAN), and industrial automation trends
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in IoT solution consulting, systems integration, or industrial automation
Hands-on knowledge of RFID/RTLS technologies, sensors, or vision-based tracking systems
Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs
Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable running workshops and presenting to stakeholders
Ability to produce clear proposal documents, architecture diagrams, and ROI/cost justifications
PreferredQualifications
Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or warehouse/logistics environments
Familiarity with edge computing, MQTT, or industrial IoT platforms
Exposure to AI/vision inspection systems
Prior experience with PoC-to-production rollout planning
