Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Project administration and documentation including prepare monthly progress claim, submission claim for VO and final account for closure of account, etc.
Taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
Monitor progress claim, project costs, variations and resolve claim issues with clients.
Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included.
Monitor the projects’ usage of material against the budgeted quantity.
Attend to site surveys whenever necessary
Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing system.
Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers to meet project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions.
Maintain CAD standards and proper documentation of drawing revisions.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
Experience working in waterproofing subcontractor companies.
Meticulous and good analytical ability.
Work independently under minimal supervision.
