Full Time Manager, Enterprise Analytics - Reporting Jobs, in Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Purpose

Assist the Head, Enterprise Analytics & Reporting in strengthening enterprise-wide risk analytics and reporting capabilities within Group Risk by delivering robust portfolio insights, sectoral analytics and forward-looking risk research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly sectoral lending reviews in collaboration with Credit and business teams to support risk-informed portfolio steering and strategic lending direction.
• Deliver advanced enterprise risk analytics, including portfolio deep dives, sectoral risk analytics and thematic analyses
• Undertake enterprise risk research to identify emerging risk themes, macroeconomic vulnerabilities and scenario impacts:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Economics Research
• Develop forward-looking risk perspectives and scenarios
• Manage and enhance RAROC-related frameworks, including:
• Support quarterly portfolio RAROC review with Strategy, Business and Finance
• Maintain and enhancing the pre-deal RAROC calculator
• Ensure consistency and robustness in measurement and reporting of risk-adjusted performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Business, Finance, Strategy and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics output with business objectives and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, economics, finance or other related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in risk analytics, portfolio analytics, banking analytics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of:
• Credit and portfolio risk analytics
• RAROC or risk-adjusted performance frameworks
• Banking products, portfolios and sectoral risk dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable risk insights.
• Experience in risk reporting, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or dashboarding is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and present insights to senior management.
