Responsibilities

Perform treatment/services for guests in a safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
• Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment/services, which includes acting as receptionist.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.

Providing an exceptional level of customer service

Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries

Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them

Be presentable and maintain good conduct

Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions

Assist in the maintenance of the storehousekeeping

Requirements:
Preferably with retail sales experience

Service and sales-oriented

Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills

Proven sales track record

Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends, and PH
